Rostec developed a mobile blood collection point for 43 million rubles

The mobile complex is a compact bus that can transport up to eight specialists involved in blood sampling. This does not violate legislative norms that limit the transportation of people in trailers and car bodies.
The MPZKs are based on domestic NEFAZ and VOLGABUS buses and are equipped with specialized medical equipment of Russian and Chinese manufacture, including plasmapheresis devices and freezers. All processes are regulated and the equipment status is monitored remotely. The digital platform provides remote monitoring of the medical equipment status, automatic regulation of the cabin microclimate, accounting of consumables and the formation of a maintenance schedule.
In one trip, the mobile unit is capable of preparing up to 40.5 liters of blood and components. The complex is equipped with an autonomous power system that ensures uninterrupted operation of all devices and equipment for at least eight hours at temperatures from +40 to -40 °C.
The mobile medical module was validated by Roszdravnadzor in mid-June 2025. The first products are expected to arrive in clinics by the end of the year.
The development of the complex as part of Rosel was carried out by the research and production enterprise Rubin. The volume of investments in the project amounted to at least 43.35 million rubles, of which 20 million rubles were provided by the Industrial Development Fund of the Penza Region in the form of a preferential loan. The funds were directed to experimental-technological and experimental-design work, production of pilot batches of the product, as well as testing before registration with Roszdravnadzor.
