Deputy Governor in charge of healthcare appointed in Vladimir Region

Baranov's resignation was announced in May by Governor Alexander Avdeyev. The head of the region noted that Konstantin Baranov's work helped solve many problems in local healthcare, including in the area of preferential drug provision.
"Konstantin Nikolaevich is currently undergoing treatment and is simultaneously undergoing approval for one of the federal centers. During his work, he has done a lot to stabilize the situation in the healthcare sector of the region," Avdeev claims.
Baranov coordinated the work of the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Labor and the Ministry of Social Protection of the Population.
Vladimir Kuimov graduated from Novgorod State University in 1997 with a degree in history, and from the North-West Academy of Public Administration in 2006 with a degree in finance and credit. In 2011, he completed the Presidential Program for the Training of Managers for the National Economy at the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics. He is a candidate of philosophical sciences.
He began his career in 1992 as a worker at the Chudovsky Road Repair and Construction Department of the Novgorod Region. In 1997, he became a specialist in the vocational education department of the City Professional Training Center, after which he headed Novgorod Youth Business Incubator LLC.
From 1998 to 2006, he worked in various positions in the Committee for Culture and Youth Policy of the Veliky Novgorod Administration, the Committee for Youth Affairs, Culture and Sports of the Chudovsky District Administration of the Novgorod Region, the Committee for Education, Youth Policy, Physical Culture and Sports of the Veliky Novgorod Administration, as well as in government agencies of the region. He headed the Department for Youth Policy of the Committee for Culture and Youth Policy.
From 2006 to 2018, he held senior positions in investment and financial companies in Moscow, after which he was appointed Deputy Minister and then Minister of Investment Policy of the Novgorod Region.
In 2019, he was appointed executive director of the All-Russian public and state educational organization "Russian Society "Knowledge", in 2020 - deputy director of the International Business School of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation. In 2021, he took the position of deputy head of the Financial and Analytical Center under the Government of the Moscow Region.
Vladimir Kuimov became Deputy Governor of the Vladimir Region in 2022. In this position, he oversaw the activities of the Ministry of Education and Youth Policy, the Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of Physical Culture and Sports, the Inspectorate for the State Protection of Cultural Heritage Sites, and the Commission on Minors and the Protection of Their Rights.
