Ricardo Azevedo's journey in these 25 years of career
Ricardo Azevedo, it's worth remembering, began his career in the music world as the lead singer and main songwriter for EZ Special. In 2002, they released the EP 'Partizan Pop', followed by two albums, 'In N'Out' (2003) and 'Leitmotiv' (2005). Among the band's most successful songs of the era were 'I Really Am Such a Fool' (which was one of the songs featured on the soundtrack of the hit TVI youth series 'Morangos Com Açúcar'), 'Daisy', and 'My Explanation'.
Later, in 2007, the singer made his solo debut with the album 'Prefácio' - composed and written by himself. This was followed by 'O Manual do Amor' (2009), 'Frente e Verso' (2012), 'Kaizen' (2019), and 'Instinto de Sobrevivência' (2021). During these years as a solo artist, several songs achieved success, such as 'Pequeno T2', 'Entre o Sol e a Lua', 'O Bater do Teu Coração' and 'Luz Fraca'.
Ricardo Azevedo has collaborated with Areal Editores in recent years. Several of his "songs are included in school textbooks, promoting the connection between music and education," as highlighted in the note sent to editorial staff.
