Sp. Braga hosts Levski and tries to reach the 3rd qualifying round

This Thursday, Sporting de Braga will be looking to qualify for the third qualifying round of the Europa League, where they will host Bulgarian side Levski Sofia, after a draw in Bulgaria.
The Minho team, under a new coach this season, Spaniard Carlos Vicens, Pep Guardiola's former assistant at Manchester City, has home advantage as the key to advancing in the second UEFA competition. Should they overcome the Bulgarians, the team will play the third qualifying round against the winner of the tie between Swiss side FC Lugano and Romanian side Cluj (August 7 and 14).
In the event of elimination, the Braga team will be relegated to the Conference League, a competition in which they already know they will face the winner of the tie between Moldovans FC Petrocub or Azerbaijani Sabah, also on August 7 and 14.
The game against Levski Sofia starts at 8pm and will be refereed by Belgian Lothar D'hondt.
