14. pension: the payment date and amount of the benefit are known

• Agnieszka Dziemianowicz-Bąk's ministry has prepared a regulation on the payment of 14th pensions
• According to the published project, pensioners and annuitants who meet the criteria will receive additional money after the holidays.
• The document sets out the rules for paying out the 14th pension and its full value.

The additional annual cash benefit for pensioners and annuitants has been permanently entered into the calendar of payments to beneficiaries since 2023. The month of payment is determined each time by the Council of Ministers in a regulation issued no later than 31 October of the given year.

The government's work schedule includes information on the draft regulation of the Council of Ministers on determining the month of payment of the next additional annual cash benefit for retirees and pensioners in 2025.

According to the regulations prepared by the Ministry of Labour, the 14th pensions, as in previous years, will be paid in September .

This year , the full amount of the fourteenth pension will be PLN 1,878.91 gross , which is the current minimum pension. According to the act, the full amount can be counted on by people whose basic benefit, e.g. pension, disability pension does not exceed PLN 2,900 gross .

After exceeding this amount, the benefit will be reduced according to the zloty for zloty principle.

14. the pension will be free from deductions , e.g. bailiff's seizures. It will not be included in income when applying for social assistance, alimony or 500 plus for dependents.

Only the health insurance contribution and the income tax advance payment will be collected from the benefit.
