The change of season also arrives in museums. Some exhibition halls have already presented their proposals for the new season, and others will do so in the coming weeks. Immersive art is making a strong comeback, with experiences that offer a journey into the depths of nature and others that transport us to 16th-century Florence to witness the duel between Leonardo da Vinci and Michelangelo Buonarroti. But there are offerings for all tastes, from Cristina Iglesias's immersive sculpture to the work of Mario Armengol, the only Catalan and Spanish artist who worked extensively for Allied propaganda during World War II. Not to mention other names such as Helen Levitt, Antoni Clavé, André du Colombier...

Between 1941 and 1945, he drew some two thousand cartoons against the Third Reich and the Axis forces, some of which can be seen alongside the publications in which they appeared in the exhibition "Catalan Ink Against Hitler" (until 11/1).

The exhibition focuses on Miró's visits to the United States, from his retrospectives in New York to his contact with artists such as Jackson Pollock and Mark Rothko. Through key works and personal correspondence, it reveals the impact this cultural exchange left on his career (until February 22).

Quique García / EFEOn the occasion of the 20th anniversary of Antoni Clavé's death, Barcelona is rescuing the Catalan artist's work from obscurity , thanks to an initiative by the Joan Gaspar gallery and the Archive Clavé. The exhibition Clavé, in capital letters displays more than 80 pieces in two venues, the Palau Martorell and the Reial Cercle Artístic (as well as the Palau de la Generalitat, which houses several more of Clavé's works), some of which are being shown for the first time (until 16/XI).

Llibert TeixidóCristina Iglesias is known for her ability to create immersive environments, employing sculptural language, which she fuses with architecture, literature, psychology, and geology, among other disciplines. La Pedrera presents the first major solo exhibition in Barcelona of the Basque artist, bringing together thirty of her works and allowing us to delve into her labyrinthine forms (until January 25).

LVThe photography of Helen Levitt (1913-2009) has been the subject of numerous revisions in recent years, but none, until now, has brought together her entire body of work. The KBr presents the largest retrospective ever held of the artist thanks to access to her archives, which until very recently were unavailable to view. A survey of more than seven decades capturing New York street life, everyday scenes, with a lyrical, tender, and human gaze (until February 1).

Unknown to many, as he has never appeared in major institutional circles, he was born in Barcelona in 1952 as André Paliard Iscu. It is known that he moved to Paris in the 1970s, where he studied philosophy and literature. He developed his work there and died in 2003 (until February 22).
