Elisabetta Floccari , chief financial officer and manager in charge of preparing corporate accounting documents, will conclude her work experience at Gruppo 24 Ore with effect from June 30, to pursue new professional opportunities.

Il Sole 24 Ore expresses its heartfelt thanks to Dr. Floccari for the work carried out and the commitment shown in the exercise of her functions and the positions held within the 24 Ore Group .

Il Sole 24 Ore will promptly select a high-profile successor and will communicate this within the terms of the law. Furthermore, it is hereby reported that Dr. Floccari will not be awarded any compensation or other benefits other than those provided for by the applicable national collective agreement and in accordance with the Company's Remuneration policy.
