New documents reveal details about McMakler: Two investors are now so powerful
After some wrangling, it finally came together at the end of June: the financing round that will likely save proptech McMakler from imminent insolvency. The price is now becoming clear. Documents that the company was forced to publish reveal the full extent of the transfer of power.
According to the report, investors Target Global and Kreos Fonds are currently taking control of McMakler. Following the last financing round , Target currently holds a majority stake in the company with 31.8 percent. Kreos follows with around 20 percent. McMakler itself now holds only four percent.
