Charité survey: What leads patients to the emergency room
How do you manage to divert low-principality emergencies from the hospital emergency room to, for example, a primary care physician's office? To determine the reasons for calling the emergency services and how often alternatives were available, a team from the Charité surveyed Berlin emergency rooms.
