Lana Del Rey Does Old-School Ladylike Glamour on the Cover of W Magazine

Sara Moonves continues to make big strides installed as editor-in-chief of W Magazine. Since taking up the top job in 2019, Moonves has demonstrated the ability to secure the crème de la crème from the world of fashion and entertainment as cover stars. Throughout 2025, everyone from Zendaya and Chappell Roan to HoYeon Jung and Sydney Sweeney has graced the magazine. Up next on the cover of W Magazine is Lana Del Rey. The celebrated American singer-songwriter is reunited with Steven Meisel, fronting Volume #4 of 2025 (dubbed the big fall fashion issue). The Brit Award-winning talent oozes an old-school ladylike charm in the portrait cover shot. Styled by Karl Templer, Lana poses in a Prada look, plucked straight from the Fall 2025 collection of co-creative directors Miuccia Prada and Raf Simons.

“Truly, truly beautiful! I am obsessed,” instantly declared aracic upon checking out the cover.

“Lana looks absolutely stunning, and styled to perfection. From the beautiful Prada look (which I adore) to the marvelous color scheme, it is a perfect cover and a must-have for me,” MModa raved.

Also very much a fan was vogue28. “Absolutely beautiful cover.
