Serpil Güney Takes Important Position at Hilton!

Serpil Güney has been appointed as the new General Manager of Hilton Istanbul Bomonti Hotel & Conference Center, which has hosted countless events for over 10 years and welcomed thousands of guests with world-renowned Hilton quality and hospitality, and has made a significant contribution to Turkish tourism with its accommodation, gastronomy, spa, and event space experience.

Serpil Güney, with over 20 years of international experience in the hospitality industry, has led numerous successful hotel openings, conversions, and renovations at Hilton in countries including Turkey, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, the United Arab Emirates, and Indonesia. Prior to Hilton Istanbul Bomonti, Güney served as general manager of the DoubleTree by Hilton M Square Hotel & Residences in Dubai and the Umana Bali LXR Hotels & Resorts in Indonesia, where she led numerous successful openings and critically acclaimed projects.

Güney, the hotel's first female general manager, said, “I am delighted to join the Hilton Istanbul Bomonti family as general manager. With my long-standing experience in finance and the expertise I've gained from opening numerous hotels abroad, I'm here to strategically contribute to Hilton Istanbul Bomonti's growth journey and achieve even greater success together. For me, leadership means rising together; therefore, my greatest goal is to collaborate with my team on unique, inspiring, and sustainable projects. Under the leadership of Serpil Güney, a graduate of Middle East Technical University Public Administration and a graduate of Cornell University, Hilton Istanbul Bomonti is expected to elevate the guest experience, develop its commercial objectives, increase its significant contribution to tourism in Istanbul and Turkey, and continue to develop and implement sustainability and social impact projects in line with Hilton's global mission.
