A chain accident occurred in Edirne: One driver fled, another was found to be drunk, and one person was injured.
The accident occurred at the traffic lights on Atatürk Boulevard in İstasyon Neighborhood.
According to reports, a collision occurred between a car with license plate 59 ADV 246, driven by MA; a car with license plate 39 NA 652, driven by MC; a car with license plate 22 AAH 999, driven by BH; and a car with license plate 22 AED 246, whose driver abandoned his vehicle and fled after the accident. One person was injured in the pileup, and investigations revealed that one of the drivers, MA, was under the influence of alcohol. Police have launched an operation to apprehend the fleeing driver.
An investigation into the accident has been launched.
