The DEM Party's reaction yielded results

DEM Party Deputy Group Chairman Sezai Temelli held a press conference in Parliament. Temelli commented on the potential meeting the DEM Party's İmralı delegation will hold with PKK leader Abdullah Öcalan:

"There's a very high probability that our delegation will go to the island this week. It's very likely they will, but the date hasn't been set yet. Our delegation will convey all developments to Öcalan. Our delegation hasn't been able to go for a month, and they will return after making their own assessments."

TÜLAY HATİMOĞULLARI REMINDERED BAHÇELİ'S WORDS

DEM Party Co-Chairs Tülay Hatimoğulları and Tuncer Bakırhan reacted by emphasizing that no meeting with Öcalan had taken place in a month. Hatimoğulları stated that the meeting should take place immediately, saying, "I would also like to remind you that you will recall Mr. Bahçeli's first speeches. He said, 'Let Öcalan come and speak in Parliament.'"
