Gunfight in front of police station! 2 injured

Two groups, among whom a fight broke out in the Ertuğrul Gazi Neighborhood of Kocaeli's Kartepe district in the evening hours, were brought to the Kartepe District Police Department to give their statements.

After giving their statements, the two groups were released, and another fight broke out in front of the District Police Headquarters around 10:30 p.m. Ö.E. and FE were injured when the suspect, whose identity has not yet been released, opened fire with a gun.

Upon hearing gunshots, police intervened and the attacker was caught.

The two injured people were taken to Kocaeli City Hospital by paramedics who arrived at the scene upon receiving notification. The suspect, who was taken into custody, is being questioned.
