Meanwhile, a video message from Öcalan, leader of the PKK terrorist organization, was recently released. Öcalan demanded the unconditional disarmament and declared that the terrorist organization had abandoned its goal of a nation-state. Öcalan's statement emphasized the need for the organization to disarm and highlighted the establishment of a parliamentary commission.
