Apple may reduce iPhone Air production
Apple's iPhone Air, introduced at the beginning of September, features lower battery consumption and a single camera, further distinguishing it from other models.
On the other hand, despite the high demand for the iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max, demand for the iPhone Air remained quite low.
The phone's standout feature was its thinnest iPhone ever. Apple, which claimed to have introduced a thin and powerful iPhone, was criticized for introducing such a device despite no demand for it.
Moreover, even though the phone is the thinnest iPhone, almost all users don't use it without a case. The iPhone Air, on the other hand, loses its thinness when used with a case. Apple's MagSafe, an extra battery compartment designed by Apple, attaches to the case and extends the phone's battery life, but it still makes the phone thicker.
The iPhone Air is sold for around 100 TL in Türkiye and doesn't even compete with other iPhone 17s.
