After cigarettes, another huge price hike for alcoholic drinks

Due to the high inflation experienced in Türkiye, the prices of many products continue to increase.
Following the increase in SCT rates, first the prices of cigarettes and then alcoholic beverages increased.
Erol Dündar, President of the Tekel Dealers Mutual Aid Association (TBYD), announced that the prices of alcoholic beverages belonging to the Efes group have increased. The increased prices will be valid as of July 6.
Dündar told TELE1 that the increase was 15 percent, an increase of approximately 10 lira per product.
In this context, the cheapest beer became 70 lira, while the most expensive beer increased to 150 lira.
