The 10 films competing in the International Feature Film Competition at the 62nd International Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival, hosted by the Antalya Metropolitan Municipality with the support of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Turkey, have been announced. The 10 films competing in the International Feature Film Competition at the 62nd International Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival , which will be held from October 24 to November 2, 2025, will be competing. A total of 10 films from around the world will be competing for the Golden Orange statuettes in the categories of Best Film, Best Director, Best Actress, and Best Actor.

10 FILMS WILL COMPETE FOR THE GOLDEN ORANGE IN THE INTERNATIONAL FEATURE FILM COMPETITION

Ten films from the USA, Germany, Argentina, Austria, Belgium, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, France, Iran, Sweden, Switzerland, Italy, Colombia, Luxembourg, Poland, Slovakia, and Turkey will meet audiences for the first time in Türkiye as part of the International Feature Film Competition of the 62nd International Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival.

The films in the "National Feature Competition" include; Mad Bills to Pay, directed by Joel Alfonso Vargas, which tackles complex themes such as class struggle, coming of age, and family relationships; Urchin, directed by Harris Dickinson, which premiered in the Un Certain Regard section at the 78th Cannes Film Festival and won the FIPRESCI Prize, telling the story of Mike, a homeless man trying to survive on the edges of London; Adam's Sake, directed by Laura Wandel, which premiered in the La Semaine de la Critique selection at the 2025 Cannes Film Festival; which is not only a mother-child drama but also questions how institutions can and cannot touch people, inviting the audience to understand rather than judge; A Poet, directed by Simón Mesa Soto, which premiered in the Un Certain Regard section at the 2025 Cannes Film Festival, telling the life of a silent poet rising from the streets of Medellín. At the same time, the psychological black comedy If I Had Legs I'd Kick You, written and directed by Mary Bronstein, which had its world premiere at the 2025 Sundance Film Festival, has an energy that makes the audience laugh bitterly and shakes at the same time; Confidante, a Turkey-France-Luxembourg co-production directed by Çağla Zencirci and Guillaume Giovanetti, which had its world premiere at the Berlin Film Festival, about a woman working on 900 lines in the 1990s whose life changes with a mysterious phone call; Johanna Moder's fourth feature film, Mother's Baby, about Julia, a successful 40-year-old orchestra conductor; The Currents, directed by Milagros Mumenthaler, about Lina, a successful Argentinian artist; The Orizzonti section features Ali Asgari's world premiere, Divine Comedy, which explores the search for freedom, innovation, and justice through the story of a director struggling to complete his latest work while grappling with censorship obstacles; and Otec (Father), a family drama about Michal, Zuzana, and their daughter Dominika, directed by Tereza Nvotová and nominated for her country's Oscar. The awards for the 62nd International Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival will be announced at the awards ceremony to be held on Saturday, November 1, 2025.
