Health centers will be equipped with workstations for telemedicine consultations

Among the medical devices not included in the current order, which are proposed to be equipped in the medical prevention office for adults, are electronic, telemetric and mechanical devices for measuring blood pressure, a glucose monitoring system (in the current version - an express analyzer for determining glucose in the blood), a glucometer for individual use, an air purifier using ultraviolet radiation, an ultraviolet bactericidal irradiator and others. Among other equipment that, according to the draft order, should be placed in the office is a kit for visual propaganda of a healthy lifestyle (screen, multimedia projector, laptop), as well as manuals on a healthy lifestyle, a personal computer, a chair for the patient and other products.

Similar medical devices must be present in health centers, as stated in the document. Exceptions are a dynamometer/pinch force meter (manual and electronic) and a bioelectric body composition analyzer, which are absent from the draft standard for equipping preventive rooms. These medical devices are not specified in the current version of the order. Among other equipment proposed to equip such centers is a set for a therapeutic exercise room, a set of visual materials to demonstrate the harm of smoking, healthy eating behavior, and the negative effects of obesity.

The explanatory note states that the changes have been prepared for the purpose of implementing the federal project "Health for Everyone", which is part of the national project "Long and Active Life". According to the federal project's goals, 484 health centers will be organized , and 4,282 medical prevention offices will be opened. The employees of these institutions, among other things, will promote the prevention of behavioral risk factors for the development of chronic diseases and draw up individual nutrition programs.

At the end of January 2025, the Russian Ministry of Health prepared a draft list of medical products for equipping perinatal centers and maternity hospitals. The document was developed for the purpose of implementing another federal project - "Protection of Motherhood and Childhood", which is part of the national project "Family".
