Vladimir Efimov spoke about the construction of 21 social infrastructure facilities in Kommunarka

A social infrastructure construction program is being implemented in the Kommunarka district: 21 facilities are being built, including educational institutions and medical centers.

"Currently, 21 social facilities with a total area of ​​240 thousand square meters are being built in Kommunarka. Among them are two clinics for 475 and 520 visits per shift, a sports and recreation complex, as well as 18 educational facilities for more than 7.6 thousand school and over three thousand preschool places," said Vladimir Efimov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Development Policy and Construction.

As a result, comfortable living conditions are created in the dynamically developing TiNAO: medical and educational institutions are becoming available within walking distance.

Moscow Government Minister, Head of the Department of Urban Development Policy of the capital Vladislav Ovchinsky reported that developers are building 20 of all planned social facilities in Kommunarka. In particular, in one of the residential complexes, a school with a capacity of 1.1 thousand students with an area of ​​over 25 thousand square meters is being built. It is also planned to commission in 2026 a polyclinic complex for 520 visits per shift with an area of ​​7.5 thousand square meters, which will include both children's and adult departments.

Earlier, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin presented the concept of a new educational center that will appear in Vnukovo.
