Alane Dias, former Big Brother Brasil contestant and Grande Rio's muse for Carnival 2025, was one of the personalities approached about the change. During her presence at the 32nd edition of the Brazilian Music Awards, she gave an interview to Portal LeoDias, in which she preferred to adopt a restrained stance.

"I don't know her... So, I think Grande Rio has this characteristic of looking for these very famous people to be queens... But I haven't had any experience of meeting her", he said, as reported by Metrópoles and also confirmed by publications on social media and media outlets such as the newspaper O Dia.

Alane also avoided commenting on whether she would remain as the school's muse for the next parade. "I think that's still being adjusted during this period, and I loved Carnival. I really want to be part of it again, because it was very special," she said.
