Bentley unveils the Continental GT Speed in an Ombre finish. Paint like a brushstroke

Ombre by Mulliner is a new paint in Bentley's range, which will surely appeal to the most demanding customers who want their car to stand out even more on the road.
Bentley has unveiled its new ultra-luxurious Ombre by Mulliner paint —a process that resembles the work of a painter rather than a varnisher. Two master technicians spend approximately 56 hours working on it—not just a single coat, but a sequence of meticulously applied shades. The result? A seamless color transition from the front to the rear of the car, seemingly transforming as it moves.

The first model in this paint spectacle was the Continental GT Speed , unveiled at the prestigious The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering during Monterey Car Week.
The front of the car gleams in a Topaz shade that subtly transitions into a majestic Windsor Blue . The gradient doesn't stop at the bodywork, however. The 22-inch wheels, also painted with a gradient technique, create a cohesive, almost mesmerizing composition.

Mulliner has carried the Ombre concept into the cabin as well. Light, topaz leather adorns the front seats, steering wheel, and dashboard, seamlessly giving way to dark, deep Beluga leather on the rear seats.
The overall look is broken up by details in a contrasting Dragonfly blue shade – subtle stitching and piping that add a touch of lightness to the interior. This is complemented by satin Beluga veneers, a Naim for Bentley audio system , and a distinctive rotating display.

The new Ombre by Mulliner option isn't the result of repetitive production. Each piece is different from the last, as each color and each transition behaves slightly differently. It's this unpredictability and handcrafted work that makes each car a unique piece.
