Rapini, also known as broccoli Rabe, is taking Polish stores by storm. This Mediterranean vegetable delights not only with its taste, but also with its wealth of nutrients. Rapini (Brassica rapa) is an annual vegetable from the cruciferous family, a close relative of turnips and Chinese cabbage - lists the portal Ekologia.pl. Although it resembles broccoli, pointed leaves form around edible green stalks (reaching up to 35 cm).

Nutritional properties of rapiniRapini are rich in fiber and contain high levels of vitamin K.
