The old version is gone. mObywatel is introducing a revolution – a new look and new features.

The Ministry of Digital Affairs and the Central Information Technology Centre are introducing version 4.63 of the mObywatel application, revolutionizing the presentation of documents, reorganizing the list of services, and introducing intelligent display themes. All this to make the experience simple, fast, and user-friendly. But that's not all – mObywatel now offers a direct link to the mojeIKP application.
The mObywatel application already has over 10 million users and is used over a million times every day.
Due to the growing number of documents and e-services, the Ministry has decided to fully refresh the interface. The new version 4.63 is being rolled out to users gradually, with full implementation scheduled for August 4, 2025 at the latest.
Until now, the app has been used to handle official matters. It offered access to e-documents such as mDowód , mPrawo (Driving License), temporary mPrawo (Driving License) , school ID cards, student ID cards, pensioner ID cards, attorney ID cards, Large Family Cards , and more.
Now you will also be able to collect an e-prescription .
The e-Health Center informs how to collect an e-prescription in mObywatel?
- After logging in to the application, go to "Services" and select "Health".
- Click "Prescriptions".
- Select the e-prescription to be processed.
How to switch from mObywatel to mojeIKP?
- After logging in to the application, go to "Services">"Health".
- Click the mojeIKP tab. This will display a list of the most frequently used services in mojeIKP. Simply select and click the desired service.
- Now you need to log in to mojeIKP. The selected tab will open after your identity is confirmed.

According to the e-Health Center, the application allows:
- receiving issued e-prescriptions and e-referrals
- buying medicine at a pharmacy by showing the QR code on the phone screen (without having to provide the pharmacist with a PESEL number)
- checking the leaflet and dosage of the prescribed medication, also using the drug scanner
- setting reminders about medications, also using the medication scanner
- access to medical event history
- checking the contact details of your primary care physician, primary care nurse, primary care midwife
- checking whether the National Health Fund insurance is up to date
- checking your individual health care plan and schedule
- checking e-orders for medical devices
- quick appointment for mammography, cytology or first visit to a cardiologist via central e-registration
- checking when and where the visit or examination scheduled via central e-registration will take place
- ordering a European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) and a temporary replacement certificate (received by phone)
- effective first aid in the event of an emergency
- completing the questionnaire of the free preventive program My Health, questionnaire 10 for the Heart
- using the water meter
- implementing the "8 weeks to health" safe training plan and
- performance test
- access to the child's account and documents
- sharing the child's account with the other parent
- sharing your medical data not only with your loved ones, but also with medical workers, pharmacists, and medical facilities.
