Aging is a natural process for all people. The truth is that many people begin to notice some physical changes, and to put an end to this discussion, experts revealed the age at which humans begin to transition through this much-contested stage.
According to research conducted by Stanford University, a group of specialists analyzed the blood plasma of more than 4,200 patients with the aim of determining precisely when a person begins to age.
Based on these observations, these scientists divided adulthood into three phases: adulthood, which begins between the ages of 34 and 60; late adulthood, which begins between the ages of 60 and 78; and finally, old age, which begins at the age of 78.

And this is true regardless of the type of molecule being observed," he pointed out.
