All About Lili Reinhart’s Boyfriend, Jack Martin

Former Riverdale actress Lili Reinhart has been dating actor Jack Martin since spring 2023. They regularly attend events together. Behind the scenes, Martin is Reinhart’s rock. In January 2025, Reinhart credited him for helping her as she sought a diagnosis for a chronic illness she was suffering from. “Jack’s love and support has never wavered for a second during a time when my body was truly falling apart,” she wrote on her Instagram Story. (She revealed to Self that her doctors believe she has interstitial cystitis.)

Here’s everything to know about Martin, his relationship with Reinhart, and his surprising connection to her ex Cole Sprouse.

Martin grew up in McLean, Virginia, and graduated from Georgetown University in 2019. However, he’s always been interested in performing and took screen acting classes at NYU Tisch’s Stonestreet Studios Film & TV Conservatory during his time there.

On his website, he wrote that his “first connection to acting came from a wild experience in fifth grade” after he “fell just short of a big part in a major feature film” and realized how much he loved acting. In an interview with Bello, he talked about how his interests progressed.

“I went to college to study political science with the hopes I’d go into a career in politics and changed my mind after the first semester,” he said. “I remember talking to my mom and one of my friends, and we were sitting there talking about what I wanted to do as I actually didn’t know what I wanted to do with my life back then...This is like halfway through college. And they’re like, well, you seem to really like acting, I think you should try to be an actor. Don’t you want to do that?”

Martin continued, “And without hesitating, not even a thought given to it. I was like, of course. When I decided I wanted to be an actor, I was too embarrassed to even tell my friends about it because I didn’t know what they were going to say. I mean, all my friends in college went on to really classic corporate jobs ... getting that call was like, oh my God, it’s really happening.”

The actor amassed an enormous following on TikTok before breaking into the mainstream entertainment industry. He’s currently close to one million followers but was apparently hesitant to get started on the social media platform.

“I was an elitist about TikTok. I was like, ‘I’m never downloading that app.’ It’s for 16 year olds to dance with their shirts off,” he told Comicbook. “Then I went on there, and I realized you can just make anything. You can make any video, as long as it’s a minute.”

He added, “I saw some guy doing a sketch that was rich guys or something, and it was terrible. I was like, ‘Oh, I could totally do that.’ I started doing the skits. Started doing that more.”

From his TikToks, Martin got both a manager and agent and was soon auditioning during pilot season. He booked a role on the NBC sci-fi series La Brea as Josh Harris. The show ended in February 2024.

In April 2023, Page Six shared photos of Reinhart kissing Martin outside the Los Angeles airport. They went Instagram official in July when Martin posted a carousel of photos that featured a few with his girlfriend.

In August 2023, she shared an Instagram Story celebrating Martin’s birthday, calling him her “cowboy” in a photo where he’s leaning into a car window with a cowboy hat on.

That September, they went red carpet official at the Venice Film Festival and were photographed attending a Giorgio Armani event.

They’ve since made regular appearances together at events, including at Giorgio Armani’s spring 2025 show in October 2024.

Reinhart posted an Instagram Story in January 2025, detailing the lengths her partner went to be there for her while she sought a diagnosis and treatment for her chronic illness. Reinhart’s doctors believe she has interstitial cystitis.

“Never in my life could I have gotten through this without my partner,” Reinhart wrote. “It is not easy to have a chronically ill girlfriend—when I spent months barely leaving the house, couldn’t walk due to pain, and felt incredibly depressed due to the shift in my quality of life. Jack’s love and support has never [wavered] for a second during a time when my body was truly falling apart.”

A few weeks before Martin and Reinhart went public with their relationship, Martin mocked an interview Sprouse gave on the Call Her Daddy podcast, which was criticized by fans. During the real interview, Sprouse said he and Reinhart did “quite a bit of damage to each other” but claimed that they’re “good friends now.”

In his sketch, Martin calls himself the “third Sprouse brother” and dresses up like the Riverdale actor while pretending to smoke.
