Sunday with rising temperatures and Zonda winds: the forecast for Father's Day in Mendoza

Meanwhile, the National Meteorological Service has issued an orange alert for snow and wind in the mountain range. A yellow alert has also been issued for gusty winds affecting the departments of Malargüe, Tupungato, Tunuyán, San Carlos, Junín, Rivadavia, and the foothills.

Meanwhile, light snowfall is expected in the high mountain areas. The Cristo Redentor International Pass, which connects the province of Mendoza with Chile, remains closed in both directions and to all types of vehicles due to the snow storm.
