Judge Julieta Makintach had an unusual accident in her car when she was approached by a reporter.

Judge Julieta Makintach , accused of participating in the alleged documentary "Divine Justice" based on the trial for the death of Diego Armando Maradona , had an unusual accident when she forgot to put on the handbrake, causing her car to crash into a trash can and she blamed the press: "I'm collapsed."

The judge, who recused herself from the nullified hearing and is facing three impeachment requests, was inside her white Ford Eco Sport when she was approached by a reporter from the program Desayuno Americano (América TV), who attempted to ask her some questions.

However, the judge justified herself by stating that "her 10-year-old son was arriving" and "I ask you please, wait, for God's sake I ask you," as the reporter approached.

At that moment, the woman got out of the vehicle and forgot to set the handbrake, causing the vehicle to roll off onto the street, the door hitting a trash can.

"Oh, careful! Watch the door!" the reporter and cameraman exclaimed, but Makintach: "I can't, I can't, I'm having a meltdown." The member of the Second Criminal Court of San Isidro complained and held the journalists responsible for the incident: "I ask for your humility; you're going to pay for this."

Makintach is suspended for 90 days following the documentary scandal that led to her expulsion from the debate investigating the alleged intentional homicide of Maradona.
