After musicians protest, GDL City Council will issue permits

Following a demonstration held this Tuesday in front of Guadalajara City Hall, in which around twenty urban musicians demanded respect for their right to work and reported harassment by municipal inspection personnel, the Guadalajara government announced that permits will be issued next week so they can perform in public spaces again.
