US, EU to impose no tax on digital networks

"The United States and the European Union intend to address unjustified barriers to digital trade. In this regard, the European Union confirms that it will neither adopt nor maintain tariffs for the use of networks. Furthermore, the United States and the European Union will maintain zero tariffs on electronic transmissions." This is one of the passages in the factsheet released by the White House on the trade agreement reached yesterday between the US and the EU.
