August 6, 2025

In Riccione, a series of free concerts will take place in Piazzale Roma. And on the beach, sunrise events will take place.
From the hills to the sea in Riccione, music continues to vibrate in August, from the piazzas, beaches, and dance clubs. Among the big names are Francesco Renga, Gemelli Diversi, Giuliano Palma, Alex Britti, and Lazza, as well as Irene Grandi and Antonella Ruggiero. Enough to experience a summer of music with the legends of Italian song. The spotlight is on 'Riccione City Music', free concerts in Piazzale Roma, which, after Nek's captivating and acclaimed first concert, is ready to host more legends. It all begins with Renga (photo), who will be on stage tomorrow evening with his live 'Angelo-venti' tour, celebrating the 20th anniversary of his song 'Angelo', the song with which he won the Sanremo Music Festival in 2005. The concert will be a huge celebration and a musical journey through his greatest hits. An opportunity to celebrate the extraordinary career of one of the most beloved voices in Italian music. Gemelli Diversi will follow on Monday the 11th, performing their classic songs and new sounds, while on Thursday the 14th, Giuliano Palma will perform in a concert billed as a great August 15th celebration, all about rhythm, including ska, rocksteady, and the hits that have defined his career. On Wednesday the 20th, Alex Britti will take the stage, celebrating the album "It.Pop," which launched his twenty-year career, thanks to his extraordinary ability to blend blues, rock, and songwriting. The event will close in Piazzale Roma on Thursday, August 21st with Irene Grandi, who this year celebrates her thirtieth anniversary. All evenings will begin at 9:30 PM.
Meanwhile, the 'Versus Festival' continues, with paid evenings moved from the Olivetani Park to the Space nightclub. Luchè, Silent Bob, and Sick Budd will take the stage on Friday the 8th, while Lazza will headline on Wednesday the 13th. A special show with Teenage Dream–Fabulous Summer 2025 will be on Saturday the 9th. It will be a group party, featuring songs and choreography from classics that have generations singing along to the unforgettable hits of the 2000s and Disney Channel. 'Riccione Summer Music' includes the 'Albe in controluce', exciting free sunrise concerts, which will continue on Sunday the 10th at 6:00 a.m. on Bahia Antigua 20 beach with Giorgio Poi in a duo with Benjamin Ventura (piano and keyboards). The musician returns to the stage two years after the Gommapiuma tour and after various successes and international recognition. On Sunday the 17th at 6:00 a.m., the event continues with Antonella Ruggiero, accompanied by Renzo Ruggieri on the accordion, on the public beach in Piazzale San Martino. The artist will perform the live performance "Una voce, una fisarmonica," showcasing her extraordinary repertoire from the 1970s to the present in a jazzy way.
The program will conclude on August 24th at 6:15 a.m. at Spiaggia del Sole, Zone 86-87, with Cesare Picco, one of the world's most esteemed pianists. In Riccione, in collaboration with the Summer Jazz Festival, which closed on Sunday after eleven prestigious concerts, he will bring Keith Jarrett's "The Köln Concert," a tribute to Keith Jarrett's legendary 1975 concert.
