Francesca Santoni, from David di Donatello to 'Don't forget the lyrics': a dancer among the stars

Fermo, May 14, 2025 – Francesca has been living on tiptoe since she was 3 years old . Today Francesca Santoni from Fermo, just 20 years old, is one step away from fully conquering her dream of becoming a professional dancer , in a total and all-encompassing commitment. In recent days she was chosen to perform among the dancers at the David di Donatello Award and met her cinema idols, in the heart of the show. Meanwhile, the recordings of the show on La 9, Don't forget the lyrics, continue, where she is in the cast and transmits joy and the desire to dance, always and everywhere. Francesca's story is told by her beautiful mother Denise Orsili , a former Miss: "Francesca studied dance since she was 3 years old, at Lola Fejzo's school, Nasco Danza. It was immediately clear that it was her passion, that it was what she wanted to do. She never thought of anything else. Then she faced a very important audition, the audition for The Ailey school in New York and was about to leave when unfortunately she had a health problem. She chose to stay with me, along with her other two children, and I will be forever grateful to her for the sacrifice she made. It would have been the opportunity of a lifetime."

Today, mother Denise is well and Francesca has taken back control of her dreams, she has not lost heart and a beautiful project has arrived that sees her busy in Rome: "She passed the audition for the Art Village academy of maestro Luciano Cannito , she is busy in the specialization course for professional dancers. In the meantime, she works on Nove as a dancer in the program "Don't forget the lyrics" with Gabriele Corsi and accompanied the singer Mika and the actress Elena Sofia Ricci in the prestigious Ceremony for the delivery of the David di Donatello live from Cinecittà on Rai Uno.
