A workshop for young pizza makers

A workshop for children and their grown-ups, with a professional pizza chef teaching them how to make a real pizza, from kneading the dough, topping it, and baking it. There will also be theatrical performances on adventurous waves, a performative-experiential nature walk to discover the senses, and another workshop for budding chefs. The fourth edition of the traveling festival "Piccino Picciò d'Estate ," curated by the delleAli Teatro company , continues in Brianza . Today at 5:30 pm, Bloom in Mezzago will host the workshop titled "Pizza Pazza," organized in collaboration with the award-winning Bloom Garten pizzeria and the La Taverna pizzeria. Participation is free, but reservations are required at www.delleali.it, and donations can be made to support the project. Registration is now open for the next stages of the festival, which will begin again on September 10th in Ruginello di Vimercate, at the Oplà nursery school, with the performance "A Wave Called Marina" by the Erewhon company. On September 14th in Oreno di Vimercate, in the park of Villa Borromeo, the experiential performance walk "And you? What do you see? What do you hear?" will take place, a traveling performance of acting, music, and dance in nature. On the 21st, the "Atelier del gusto" workshop for young chefs will return to Bloom, and on the 27th, the performance "Cosa c'è?" will take place at Spazio Aperto in Vimercate.
