Freemusic Festival 2025: the full program finally revealed

The Freemusic team has just revealed the last two artists of the festival which will be held on June 27 and 28: Vini Vici (psytrance) and Mezerg (electro)
For their 25th anniversary this year, the organizers of the Freemusic festival have kept the suspense going until the end, finally revealing the full lineup. The final two artists were announced on social media at 6 p.m. sharp on April 30th.
Traditions and modern tranceFirst up is Israeli psytrance duo Vini Vici, who will be performing at the Fire Stage on Friday, June 27. "Their unique style blends ethnic traditions and modern trance, creating a highly festive collective experience. On stage, they deliver ultra-energetic performances blending tribal sounds, powerful bass, and immersive visuals. Vini Vici embodies the power and euphoria of today's psytrance," announces the festival's communications department.

Wine and Vici
Same day, same stage, but a different atmosphere for the latest announced artist: Mezerg. This Bordeaux keyboardist boasts a world that's festive, offbeat, and extremely creative. "Alone on stage, he plays everything live with his hands, feet, and a host of instruments, creating organic and groovy techno. Mezerg breaks the mold between electronic music and instrumental performance by merging acoustic instruments, including the theremin and piano, with electronic beats," adds the team at Belle Factory, organizer of Freemusic.

Mezerg
Vini Vici and Mezerg complete a lineup featuring 26 artists from diverse musical backgrounds. Among the headliners, on Friday, the Fire Stage will host Vini Vici, Mezerg, Ascendant Vierge, Creeds, and Groundation; and the Temple Stage will host artists Osirus Jack, Realo, Train Fantôme, Realo, and Arøne. On Saturday, the Fire Stage will host Cypress Hill, Danakil, Babylon Circus, Cassie Raptor, and Eczodia; and the Temple Stage will host artists L2B, The Bloody Beetroots, Akissi, Cass, and Adève.
Before and after near the beachNote, a new feature this year, born from a collaboration with the Bordeaux collective 909, is an open-air dance floor right next to the beach, "with an XXL sound system and flamboyant scenography! On the program: a before Dub from 5 to 9 p.m. and a after Techno from 3 to 6 a.m." Finally, another new feature: Freemusic is partnering with the Domaine du Lac de Montendre campsite to offer festival-goers parking spaces for vehicles with access to electricity and sanitary facilities (showers and toilets).
Around 15,000 spectators are expected over the two days of festivities, Friday 27 and Saturday 28 June, at the Montendre lake site.
