The Ministry of Culture honored intangible heritage on Monday, June 23. To promote local traditions and everyday practices, Minister Rachida Dati launched a national calendar to identify, geolocate, and date French cultural events.

Are you familiar with "Tambourine," "Gwoka," or "Kozo"? A ball game, a musical dance technique, and a papermaking process, all of which may be practiced near you. France is teeming with local traditions and expertise that the Ministry of Culture, as part of the "Culture and Rurality" plan, has sought to promote.
