Monday, July 14Agonac. The festival committee and the municipality are organizing the Mike Bishop, a 10 km foot race consisting of a hilly loop starting in Agonac, Place du 11-Novembre, and going to Eyvirat, returning to Agonac at the village hall. Berbiguières. Berbi Festival: entertainment, massages, food, open-air dance, concerts, torchlit descent on the Dordogne, and fireworks at the Le Plongeoir canoe base from 2 p.m. to 2 a.m.
Bretou. The National Day features a fishing competition from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., refreshments and food from 7 p.m., live music and a dance from 9 p.m., and fireworks at 11 p.m.
Mensignac. 35th edition of the Bread Festival starting at 9 p.m. with the appearance of La Petite Culotte and Périgord singer Kendji Girac. Grand fireworks display.
Neuvic. The Neuvic Gourmand nighttime gourmet market returns to celebrate the national holiday, starting at 7 p.m., in the village around the church. Fifteen exhibitors will be present alongside Neuvic merchants. As for the atmosphere, the Los Campaneros band will rock the streets. Children can have fun with the old wooden Boules et Billes games, while Sohalia Tribale will amaze the audience with an oriental dance demonstration. The fireworks will be set off at 11 p.m., followed by a dance under the market hall hosted by Moon Sol Music 24. Remember to bring your own cutlery.
Saint-Astier. Commemorative ceremony in front of the war memorial on Place de la Victoire at 6 p.m. Concert by the band Galaxy Mix on Place des Marronniers at 8 p.m. Food and refreshments will be served on site by the Saint-Astier Festival Committee.
