An eclectic program at the Château de la Moutte in Saint-Tropez

The stages of the Château de la Moutte arrive as a grand finale to conclude the month of August, which has been rich in musical festivities, from the Citadel to the Château. Combining music, theater, and dance, the program promises to be varied for this third edition of the festival, formerly called "La Moutte Entre en Scène."

From Thursday 21 to Tuesday 26 August ⁽¹⁾ , the Émile Ollivier estate will host six evenings of shows, in the sumptuous setting of the palm grove for the first three days, then in the courtyard of the château.

The complete program

On Thursday, August 21 at 9 p.m., The Beatles Factory will perform songs from the legendary group during its concert A Day in My Life , accompanied by a string trio and punctuated by a story.

The following day at the same time, Didier Gustin will perform his humorous musical play Johnny Libre dans ma tête, directed by Éric Bouvron. He will be accompanied by three musicians.

Haila María Mompié González, better known as Haila, will then get the audience dancing on Saturday, August 23 at 9 p.m. for a Cuban evening. The singer will be accompanied by eight musicians.

Sunday, August 24 at 9 p.m.,

Come Bach will bring together four virtuosos led by soprano Anne Baquet, who will break the codes of classical music with an unusual concert in homage to Johann Sebastian Bach.

Another female quartet will revisit great classical compositions by incorporating an accordion, during their poetic and fanciful piece Oum PaPa, directed by Philippe Lafeuille.

The festival will close on Tuesday, August 26 at 7 p.m. with Raphaël soloist and flautist Benjamin Melia as the opening act.

Then at 9 p.m., after the "Paella" intermission, Luis de la Carrasca will present his new Flamenco show accompanied by guitarist José Luis Dominguez and dancer Céline Daussande.
