If your goal is to enjoy a great beach vacation, the summer months, from July to October, are the best option, as they are very warm and the sun shines brightly. It's also the rainy season, which offers a special advantage on the island: it produces slightly stronger winds, creating ideal conditions for surfing.

In case you want a trip to go hiking and explore the nature of the Cape Verde Islands , the best time is the dry months in winter and spring, From January to June , and then at the end of the year, between November and December.
