These are the Andalusian beaches where smoking will be banned by 2025.

As concerns about climate change, marine pollution, and public health grow, smoke-free spaces are gaining prominence along the Andalusian coast. Tobacco-free beaches not only seek to reduce the impact of cigarette butts—the most common type of litter on beaches—but also to create safer environments for children, people with respiratory problems, and all bathers. This initiative, although still limited in legal scope, marks a growing trend toward cleaner and more responsible leisure activities.
To this end, more than 50 Andalusian beaches have been declared smoke-free. Below, we show you which provinces are participating in this initiative and which beaches already have this measure in place.
