Drugs and weapons found in a house in the Doctores neighborhood

MEXICO CITY (apro) – The Secretariat of Citizen Security (SSC) and the Attorney General's Office of Mexico City (FGJCDMX) seized a property related to the storage of firearms and drugs during a search carried out in the Doctores neighborhood, Cuauhtémoc borough.
At the scene, authorities seized a black plastic bag containing marijuana, 80 white paper packets containing cocaine, 111 small transparent plastic bags containing marijuana; two handguns, one long gun, a silencer, five magazines, and more than 66 live rounds.
Following the execution of the search warrant, the Secretary of Citizen Security, Pablo Vázquez, reported on his X account that a minor was arrested for his alleged responsibility in guarding the property used for illicit activities.
According to a statement from the SSC, the operation was carried out on a property located on Pedro Miranda Street, following complaints from neighbors indicating the storage and distribution of drugs.
The operation was carried out in coordination with the Secretariat of the Navy (Semar), the Secretariat of National Defense (Sedena) and the National Guard (GN).
Meanwhile, the property was secured and sealed, while the detainee was placed at the disposal of the Public Prosecutor's Office specializing in juvenile justice.
