Flamenco Real reopens on October 15 with the most ambitious season in its history.

The Teatro Real , in co-production with SOLANA Entertainment, will inaugurate a new edition of ' Flamenco Real ' on October 15th, a cycle that this year is presented as the most ambitious to date with nine events , a double bill in each program and three performances per artistic proposal.

This eighth edition, which continues to bring flamenco to the general public, presents a program in collaboration with emblematic organizations, clubs, and festivals from the world of flamenco. Thus, the 2025/26 season will open with Fuensanta 'La Moneta', winner of the Desplante Prize (2003), and Granada-born guitarist José Fermín Fernández, winner of the Bordón Minero Prize (2019), in a program endorsed by La Platería, the oldest flamenco club in Spain. In November, Salomé Ramírez and Miguel Ángel Heredia will take over from Los Caminos del Cante de Jerez, while in December it will be the turn of El Choro and Paula Rodríguez, representatives of the Festival Flamenco Ciudad de Huelva, with a double performance on Friday the 19th.

The 2026 calendar will kick off in January with José Maya and Alejandra Hernández , associated with Córdoba's El Almíbar, and will continue in February with Sonia Miranda and Aitana Rousseau, endorsed by Almería's El Taranto. In March, Juan de Juan and La Lupi will perform under the banner of Málaga's Peña Juan Breva, with a double bill on Friday the 20th.

The spring program will feature Mónica Iglesias and Luis Mariano in April, in collaboration with the Madrid Flamenco Biennial, and El Junco and Caracolillo de Cádiz in May, sponsored by the La Perla de Cádiz group. The season's closing performance, in June, will be led by Alba Heredia and Ricardo Fernández del Moral, representatives of the La Unión International Festival of Cante de las Minas, with two performances on Friday the 26th.

Each evening will bring together two main artists —always with a dance presence—supported by musicians and dancers, maintaining the series' vocation for dialogue between generations, styles, and formats.
