If you are a Virgin Media TV customer and fancy stepping up your exercise regime during this heatwave and into the summer months, you’re in luck. The firm is offering all its subscribers access to more than 500 workouts via a popular app for three months totally free of charge.

Billed as “the only TV app for your healthy lifestyle”, Fit at Home is designed to beam workouts, meditations and even recipes to your TV, and it usually costs £10 per month to access, but if you sign up before June 30, 2025, you can get three months for no charge.

Available to Virgin TV 360 and Stream customers, all you need to do is find the Apps section on your Virgin TV setup using your remote control. Select the Fit at Home app and it’ll display a QR code on the screen.

Scanning this using the camera app or a QR code scanner app on your phone will bring up a page on your phone to sign up and claim your three free months access.

“It is our mission to provide customers the best possible value from their Virgin TV package, so we are thrilled to be offering three months access to Fit at Home at no extra cost,” said David Bouchier Chief TV and Entertainment Officer at Virgin Media O2.

“From the comfort of their own home, customers will benefit from professionally led workouts, physiotherapy programs and so much more, without the need to shell out on a gym membership.”

Fit at Home can provide a wide range of workouts that you can join in on in your living room, with different options for full body workouts, kids workouts, sports and physico focussed programmes, Pilates, meditation, dumbbell sessions and even workouts suitable for pregnancy.

When you scan the QR code to access three free months of Fit at Home, you will be asked to agree to pay £10 per month after the first three free months as per the usual cost of the service. This is often the case to unlock the free trial period of such apps.

If you don’t want to start paying for Fit at Home after the first three free months, make sure you cancel your subscription before the trial ends. You can do this by heading to your Virgin Media account and cancelling, or by contacting Fit at Home customer service.

Virgin Media confirmed to Express.co.uk that the sign up process is with Fit at Home itself, who you would pay directly, so the future charges will not be added to your Virgin TV bill.
