To mark the occasion, Swift opted for a chic Ralph Lauren dress and paired it with minimal accessories, keeping the focus on the massive diamond engagement ring. The couple’s engagement comes after months of speculation about their impending nuptials.

On August 26, the singer and her boyfriend-turned-fiancé, Travis Kelce, announced their engagement on Instagram, with the caption, “Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married.” While the news itself was worth celebrating, it was the pop star’s outfit that garnered just as much attention.

The white midi-dress features a halterneck strap and a ruched bodice, with delicate black stripes flowing through the silk fabric, down the flowing A-line skirt. According to the lifestyle brand’s website, the shoulder straps can be detached from the dress to fit one’s personal preference.
