Vanity Fair reported that royal stylist Neville Tucker believes that Middleton’s new blonde hair look has the potential to “spark” a new fashion trend.

Kate Middleton recently wowed the world with her stunning blonde hair transformation while visiting the newly renovated gardens of the Natural History Museum in London with Prince William. According to Vanity Fair, royal stylist Neville Tucker believes there’s a possibility that the Princess of Wales’ latest hairstyle will start a new trend.

Middleton has always flaunted her gorgeous brunette hair. Thus, her going blonde marks a jaw-dropping change. As per the royal stylist, the princess has “gone for a strong look that is really noticeably different to how we are used to seeing her.” Tucker further observed that Middleton “has been playing with blonde tones for a while,” adding, “But last year she was the darkest she had been in a while.” As such, her decision to go blonde makes for quite a “dramatic” change.

The royal stylist then talked about the new shade of Middleton’s hair and how it appears to others, stating, “I would say this is the blondest we have seen her. She looks as though she’s had a full set of highlights.” Tucker also briefly mentioned the Princess of Wales’ previous hair look, sharing, “The trend prior to this was brunette.” The stylist further noted that Middleton “really championed that natural brunette look.” Tucker then expressed that the princess’ new blonde hair is “likely to spark a trend,” with more and more people opting for “blonde or honey-toned highlights.”
