THE RUNDOWN

  • Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly welcomed their daughter, Saga, in March.
  • The former couple split up in late 2024.
  • The musician reportedly still hopes for a reconciliation.

Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly have been developing a healthy co-parenting relationship since welcoming their daughter, Saga Blade, in March this year. However, sources speaking with Entertainment Tonight claim the musician is still hoping to repair his romantic relationship with Fox after the former couple split up late last year.

“He still hopes to reconcile with Megan, but they’re taking things day by day,” said the insider. “They’ve been spending quality time together and focusing on their family as a whole.”

As of right now, the former couple is “on good terms and have been getting along for the sake of their daughter.”

The insider added, “They want to set a good example for the kids that you can have a good parenting relationship despite their previous issues in their romantic relationship. It doesn’t have to be contentious.”

Fox also shares three children with her former husband, Brian Austin Green: 12-year-old Noah, 11-year-old Bodhi, and 9-year-old Journey. Kelly has a 16-year-old daughter, Casie, as well. The step-siblings apparently have a “special bond” with their littlest sister already.

It may be that the relationship is heading in the direction MGK wants. In late August, a source told Us Weekly that Fox and Kelly are in a “really good place and on the path to getting back together,” and that Saga has “brought them closer.”

“Things are going really well, and they have reconnected in a meaningful way,” the insider shared. “They are basically back together, as they have been spending every night together with the baby.” But they “aren’t putting a label on their relationship” because doing so would add “extra stress.”
