He entered the Keban Dam to cool off: His lifeless body was found

Ahmet Işık (45) disappeared in the Keban Dam Lake in the village of Yenikapı, in the central Elazığ district. Locals reported the situation to the 112 Emergency Call Center. Upon receiving the report, medical teams, gendarmerie, AFAD (Disaster and Emergency Management Presidency) and divers from the Provincial Police Department's Underwater Group were dispatched to the area.

Teams launched a search at Keban Dam Lake and found Işık's body approximately two hours later. His body was taken to the Fırat University Hospital morgue for an autopsy.
