Horrific attack in Van: Father and three daughters shot with Kalashnikov

For reasons yet to be determined, an unidentified assailant opened fire on the vehicle carrying a father and his daughters in the İpekyolu district of Van. Numerous police and medical teams were dispatched to the scene after nearby residents heard the gunshots and alerted them.

A total of four people were seriously injured in the attack, including a father and two young daughters whose names have not yet been released. The injured were given first aid at the scene and quickly taken to hospital.

The attacker reportedly fled the scene in his vehicle following the incident. Police have launched a full-scale investigation into the horrific incident. Efforts to apprehend the attacker are ongoing.
