He opened fire at random during the henna night, killing the groom's grandmother.

The incident occurred around 10:00 PM on August 23rd in the Cerenli neighborhood of the Sarıçam district. İslam Ç., who was drinking at a henna night held in the courtyard of his house, allegedly took off his clothes and tried to dance. The family hosting the henna night reportedly warned İslam Ç. off, which led to a fight. Guests intervened, but the fight ended. İslam Ç.'s friend, Erkan U., went home and returned with a shotgun, firing randomly into the surrounding area. The groom's grandmother, Eşe Adamhasan, was seriously injured by the pellets. While Erkan U. and his companions escaped, Eşe Adamhasan was taken to the hospital by ambulance but could not be saved.
"WE WANT HIM TO BE CAUGHT ASAP"
Following the autopsy, the deceased Adamhasan was laid to rest. Gendarmerie teams, who launched an investigation into the incident, detained three people involved in the fight, while Erkan U. has not yet been captured. While questioning the suspects, the deceased woman's son-in-law, Ali Adamhasan (55), said, "A fight broke out between young people. We intervened and ended the fight. Then Erkan U. started shooting randomly with a rifle in his hand. When he saw us, he came after us. As we entered the house, my mother-in-law stayed behind us. We scattered to the rooms, but my mother-in-law was shot when she stayed at the door. She collapsed and remained there. The three of them were caught, but the main suspect is missing. We want him to be caught as soon as possible and receive the punishment he deserves."
