Concrete mixer hits car, injures 2 children

Five vehicles were damaged and two children were slightly injured when a concrete mixer hit a parked car in the Serdivan district of Sakarya.

A concrete mixer truck driven by L.Ö., traveling on Muhsin Yazıcıoğlu Boulevard, struck a car parked in the right lane of the road. The vehicle, which skidded, then struck four other cars parked on the side of the road.

Upon notification, police and medical teams were dispatched to the scene of the accident.

AUG (11) and AAG (7), whose car turned in the opposite direction in the middle of the road due to the impact of the accident, were slightly injured.

The children were taken to Serdivan State Hospital by health officials.

The concrete mixer driver was taken to the police station to be questioned.

Transportation, which was temporarily disrupted due to the accident in which a concrete mixer and five cars were damaged, returned to normal after the vehicles were removed.
