Hande Erçel confessed tearfully after 6 years
Actress Hande Erçel, who's embarking on a passionate romance with her lover Hakan Sabancı, is constantly making headlines with her vacation photos. Erçel, who went on vacation to the Greek Islands with Hakan Sabancı, made candid confessions on the YouTube show ABtalks.
HE COULDN'T HOLD HIS TEARSErçel, who lost her mother, Aylin Erçel, to cancer in 2019, spoke about her mother for the first time. Her heartbreaking comments brought her to tears.
"I'm learning to live with this," said Erçel for the first time after the loss of her mother:
"I don't know if I've managed to cope. It's not something you can say 'it's over'. It's a sea you learn to swim in. And I'm still in that sea… I'm swimming until the day I get to be reunited with her. It's been 6 years and you learn to live with it."
Sharing her final moments with her mother, Erçel also recounted her experience in the hospital. Erçel explained that she turned on a Sezen Aksu song while her mother was in the hospital, saying, "At that moment, she turned her head and looked at me. We listened to it together in silence. I will always cherish this memory."
Erçel, who said she wanted to have children but found it frightening, said, "I had such a strong bond with my mother. I would also like to establish this bond with someone else who is my life and blood."
